Wellington Civic Administration Building


Following a tender proposal, Dubbo Regional Council awarded Adaptive with the alternation & addition works to the Civic Administration Building in Wellington NSW.

The renovation of the existing offices included new disabled bathrooms, supply and installation of all joinery, feature wall panelling and associated furnishings. External works involved an awning structure addition, landscaping along with services such as air-conditioning, electrical, fire and security.

Adaptive Interiors was awarded variation works to this contract, which was an internal fit out to the new tourist information centre. We installed a new coffee bar, reception counter, and all associated interior furnishings.
