Gum Bend Lake Amenities Construction, Condobolin

We had the opportunity to be a part of yet another community-focused project for the Lachlan Shire Council. The much-awaited amenities block at Condobolin’s Gum Bend Lake was demolished to make way for a new building that better supported the community’s needs. Our team provided a renewed space for community and recreational activities. Despite the challenges brought on by the restrictions, the team managed to complete the project on time and to budget.

The project involved demolition of the existing amenities building and construction of a new facility that is more energy and water efficient. The renovation works included new fixtures, fittings, paintings, accessible toilets, and showers.

The new amenities block includes an accessible toilet, changeroom, picnic area, baby change station. We are sure these upgrades enrich the experience of the travelers and visitors to the Condobolin Gum Bend lake and surrounding regions.
